For nearly 25 years, Peace Ranch has been providing support through housing and rehabilitative programs for people with serious mental illness, and helping to support the mental health needs of our surrounding communities.

Support Within Housing

Peace Ranch offers a structured 24/7 congregate living opportunity on the 25 acre farm, to adults with schizophrenia who want to pursue recovery and wellness in a rural environment. Learn more…

Harvesting Hope

Harvesting Hope is a skills based program that is meant to teach individuals living with mental health concerns to plant, harvest, prepare and preserve food as well as practical skills such as couponing, budgeting, and navigating the grocery store as a way to address the issues of food security faced by this group. Rosie’s Kitchen

Rosie’s Kitchen is hosted one day a week in the community. The program offers a supportive framework for socializing and learning about healthy cooking and lifestyles. Learn more…

Animal Program

This program includes animal education, husbandry, safe animal handling, cart driving, animal health, breeding and more. Clients are able to build relationships, increase self-esteem and confidence while experiences a sense of responsibility and self worth. Learn more…

The Barn

The Peace Ranch barn is a 6 stall, old style barn that houses all Peace Ranch’s animals. The barn serves as a place to house our goats, sheep, alpacas and potbellied pig “Rosie.” Read more…

A Day In The Country
